The Patriots ProShop Catalog

It's always a pleasure to work with the best team in the NFL.  When the studio received the
call for the Patriots ProShop Catalog, we were more than excited, especially because we
would work with Vince Wilfork.  The studio has worked with many models over the years,
but none have been so large in character and in size!

Larger than life and very personable.

It takes hours of preparation to organize such a large shoot and the success
shows how well this organization is run.

Picking the right combination seems easy until you're faced with so many choices.

They wanted comfy and cozy
and she nailed it.

The ladies always want to be right there when reviewing the images.

A few steps to the window and you're quickly reminded where you are with the spectacular view.

From apparel to table top products and even dog clothes, this shoot had it all.

A professional photo-shoot is not complete without animals and babies
and a team of pros behind you.

Multiple meetings, hours of planning and organizing, two location sets and the net result
is a catalog that 65,000 people each game can review plus the online and weekly ProShop business
equates to a very large audience.

The Madison Beach Hotel

Part of the growing Distinctive Hospitality Group, the Madison Inn is a brand new high-end boutique hotel on the water in Madison Connecticut.  With the charm of an Inn, but the accommodations of a five star property, this top to bottom shoot was captured in multiple phases.  With the experience to arrive on property and capture the entire facility from stylized interiors to food and lifestyle, this project had it all.   The top to bottom approach is always best ( if possible ) to maintain creative continuity.

Every room had a spectacular view

Interior room photography combined with exterior views can be challenging but the results
are always spectacular.

Working closely with the Chef and his team.

Some food shots have a short life span!

The exterior deck is stunning and thus the studio had many scheduled shots from
simple exterior photography to food and lifestyle.

Our model had little trouble finding motivation.

The word "Inn" doesn't really define the property especially with a five star spa such as this.

Moonlight, romance and The Madison Inn.

It was also a privilege to work directly with the owners, Ric and Dawn Duques.  Ric Duques was the former CEO of First Data, a spin off from American Express.  His level of business savvy and understanding the high-end lifestyle shaped this beautiful waterfront property to the success it is.  It's rare to work directly with such an icon of the business world, but the experience was fantastic.

Daimer Industries

Over the years, the studio has developed a reputation for being able to deliver tabletop photography, or small product photography for a myriad of companies with a wide range of products.  When Daimer Industries called this was the first time the studio was going to photograph an entire line
of professional cleaning tools, some the size of a small cars.

To show scale we decided on the day of the shoot to add a technician next to the units.  Although he wasn't prepared to be a model the results were perfect.

This unit is so powerful it can dig right into concrete.

Some of the smaller units have an outer casing made of highly reflective stainless steel.
To control the light and reflection we had to make a giant white light box in the factory
specific for those units.

Daimer wanted to show detail imagery as if the unit was a Ferrari.
Considering the Italian design, it was fun to capture.

With so many tools and connections we had hours of setup and combinations to capture.

At the end of the fourth day of photography we pulled a unit outside the facility
to show a technician in "action" it was then I realized how powerful these units are.

Each level of machine had to be grouped, it was a challenge negotiating the right balance
and spacing between units but the results look great.
